The BambooHR software is absolutely incredible - though the customer support team offers really poor service levels from our experience. Would recommend if you're looking to single-handedly implement, though definitely would not recommend if you need support in doing so.

Customer service is not responsive. I have an issue that hasn’t been resolved since Jan 23

Today at 4:50 pm Lindon, Utah time all users were logged off and when attempting to log back in, the site said "your account has been cancelled". When I called support 5 minutes until close, I received no answer. I called back and selected the prompt for sales and immediately received Matthew, but he would not assist me. He transferred me to support who never answered after 10 minutes of holding.
Demo looks great however very limited. I think for a buisness of no more than 10 this product would be ok however no bigger. An example is when I send a email which requires a signature on it to my 100+ staff it sends to my email inbox a notification for each person. There is no way of turning that off and I get 100 emails. I have send 5 new policys to my staff this week with 500 email to me. The function for tracking time off doesn't work and no one cares.
