I wanted my Dad to have a world-class sushi experience and Bamboo did not disappoint. Our server, Elliot, was knowledgeable, attentive (especially given how crazy busy the place was), and made sake recommendations that were perfect. The food was fantastic, and the Green Machine earned it's rave reviews. We had two spectacular desserts as well, a whiskey/salted caramel pudding and a ginger powder, gingersnap quasi ice cream cookie thing that was amazing. Thanks Bamboo for a wonderful night out with my Dad!
