My boyfriend does not usually like uncooked & fishy food..... but he loved Bamboo Sushi. This is history, folks. We had the prime rib, the salmon yakumi (with the topping", the albacore carpaccio, the budino... amongst others. For drinks, we loved the Tokyo Manhattan. So far this is the best restaurant we have been to in Portland. If we are ever in the city again, we are definitely coming back.
Awesome sushi and Nate was fantastic behind the bar!
The best - hands down. Amazing sushi - the green machine, hoki poki box...fantastic burger. Pretty much everything.
Best Sushi I've had in a while and terrific service to boot. I look forward to your debut in Denver soon!
