I had my first child back in March of 2025. Since September of 2025 I have made multiple appointments to try to get the dosage of my depression meds upped as I was struggling with postpartum depression. I made an appointment in September that my provider (Jenna) was too busy to make herself, so the other doctor was sent in to help. She said she would approve the change in meds with Jenna. Horrible place. They sent us a bill 1.5 years later casually and even threw in an extra charge. Be careful, this place will scam you. I would avoid it at all costs. Worst clinic I have ever been to.

This place is unbelievable,they do not answer the phone, first time I came they never ordered a test that they were supposed to,I had to redo the test, A request for a drug was supposed to be sent to my insurance on the second visit and that was never submitted, I have attempted to pay my small balance using their online system five times and it doesn't work and when I call they don't answer the phone.Do not make this your primary caregivers office

I have been going here for many years, they helped me overcome crippling alchoholism and lately I had thr pleasure of speaking qith D from the reception team and she was an absolute rockstar. It is important that when I finally get my stubborn self to actually go to the doctor that it is a welcoming experience and this place nails that, thank you guys!
