This clinic is sketchy. I have been trying to understand why they charged me more than what my copay says. I have called my insurance to confirm that they are in network, which they are, and that I was only supposed to pay what is listed as my co-pay. They charged me $60 more than what my insurance says I was responsible for. Their reasoning for charging me more was because of "extra services" that my insurance does not cover. Physicians are good but the wait time can be an issue. Even with an appointment you can wait 30 to 45min just to be called in they take your vitals then wait for the doctor. I guess its kind of a double ended sword you want the doctor not to rush so they can be thorough and you can address any concerns but if you're in a time crunch and only put in a couple hours for time off at work it may not work for you.

An excellent experience. No unnecessary thrills waiting room that was comfortable, clean with friendly and supportive staff members. Not crowded, and fast service. I have been going to Bamboo for a year and a half. Seen 3 different doctors. All were great, Sonia, Jenna. But, i am switching because of the lacking of admin. The front desk turns over a lot so often times they make a lot mistakes. I have received a billing statement from them once even after i requested them. I would be told at my appt that i owe. Many times my prescriptions are sent to the wrong place. Its just been too hard to work with them.
