Extremely Unprofessional Experience with the Landlord, Jim I would strongly caution anyone considering renting here to think twice before dealing with Jim, the landlord. My experience as a prospective tenant was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I’ve lived here twice - from 2000-01 and a year and change since July ‘23 initially as a pied a terre for when I’m in town. In total, I’ve lived in three units - and I’ve loved them all for different reasons. It’s a historic, charming building ideally situated walking distance from 7 great restaurants, with the river a few blocks to the west, downtown a mile to the north, the Gathering Place a mile to the south, and beautiful Maple Ridge a few blocks to the east.
