I’ve lived here twice - from 2000-01 and a year and change since July ‘23 initially as a pied a terre for when I’m in town. In total, I’ve lived in three units - and I’ve loved them all for different reasons. It’s a historic, charming building ideally situated walking distance from 7 great restaurants, with the river a few blocks to the west, downtown a mile to the north, the Gathering Place a mile to the south, and beautiful Maple Ridge a few blocks to the east.
Girlfriend has lived here several months and has had roach problems since day one. She has repeatedly asked the management to do something about it with no help. She is getting out as soon as she can. Move in at your own risk.
Landlord may try to bully their way to your personal properties
Love living here!! The building is well maintained and my unit has very nice finishing touches; easy access to restaurants, downtown, and the highways.
