The staff is very friendly and professional at the same time. Made me feel more comfortable then I was when I walked in.
I had my colonoscopy this morning. Everyone treated me with kindness. I remember the Nurse Anesthetist say, 'OK, here we go, Dan'. I was thinking, 'ok, I'm waiting, ......., waiting...then I hear, 'Time to get up, Dan, you're all done'. I couldn't believe it; the whole procedure was seamless. Thank you, Dr. Khan and Staff!
This was the best experience at any doctor's office. The entire staff was incredibly professional, warm, and friendly from the moment I got there. I specifically interacted with Kim, Dr. Ruben Khan, and Stephanie though the receptionist and the nurse in recovery were also wonderful. I wish I got their names. Even though there was a little bit of a wait, I appreciated having the tv to watch and that Dr. Khan acknowledged the wait when he came into the room to talk to me prior to the procedure.
