The whole experience was wonderful- Janine is welcoming and warm and so skilled in her craft. I felt at ease as soon as I entered her space and left feeling great about my new hair style!
I had an unfortunate turn of events & stumbled upon BALM+BRISTLE when looking for a new stylist. I'm sooooo happy I found this salon!!! Janine is amazing: the epitome of customer service. She's great with cutting & styling curls & absolutely PERFECT with color knowledge! As an added bonus... she's got a very cute puppy to snuggle with.
Really loved my appointment with Janine. She was understanding and caring for what I needed and the results were exactly what I was hoping for. I'm still happy with my color 3 months later. Such a nice experience and really great color job. She's an absolute sweetheart and her new location is cute too. I'll be returning for all my coloring and Aveda needs
