Worst customer service ever received from any place I've ever been. 2 nights in a row. Snotty hostess. Very disappointing to be treated so poorly as a customer. This is a place I won't waste my time with again.
This place is delicious! We drive from Jacksonville to eat there often. The bananas foster is the best!

An overall really nice experience. We came in for lunch and Jen took great care us. She was happy to find us a table when we decided we didn't want to sit at the bar (it was chilly and the dining room was a touch warmer). And then service was prompt and lovely from start to finish. I had the blackened Grouper sandwich and my boyfriend had the shrimp and oyster Po'boy. Both tasted really fresh and prepared wonderfully.
Came up to Gainesville Friday night for the game and had originally decided to have dinner somewhere else. On the way there we passed Ballyhoo and decided to try that instead. So glad we did. We had a great experience. Our server Benjamin was polite and helpful and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back!
