Atmosphere was great with great music and comfortable sitting but the food wasn’t cooked very well...on our scale I give it a 3 ...

Good food great service was not disappointed
We've eaten at Ballyhoo many times and were never disappointed. They also do a jam-up job at catering. We highly recommend them.
I always love coming here. Every time I go, the wait staff are so sweet and extremely accommodating. The food is also fantastic! Over the span of the different times I’ve been here, I’ve had the filet spedini (my favorite,) chicken quesadillas (also fantastic and very filling as a meal,) the shrimp pesto flatbread (the flatbread is quite large, so split it with someone if you can,) and the Cajun prime rib sandwich (it is sooo delicious!) We were visiting our family in Gainesville and celebrating our grandsons first Birthday!My daughter and son in law have been in Ballyhoo many times before and we decided to have dinner at this restaurant, nice outdoor music outside, very great food selection, everything tasted delicious and our waitress Taylor was excellent!We will come back soon!
Left beque holic next door due to 20min no seating. And they wernt busy. Showed up at Ballyhoo which was busy. We were seated immediately. Our server saw us promptly and provided drinks. The food was excellent and came out promptly. Our server John was very attentive and made sure our drinks were full. Great job John.
