The place is shabby: the machines are out of date with many out of order. Cleanliness is marginal. Management is weak: too much time spent on the phone and not enough on the floor. (They have to be reminded periodically to fill the soap dispensers). Staff wouldn't notice you if you dies on the floor. Only interested in sales and personal training. he parent company is broke and probably milking the cash flow for as long as possible. Don't invest in a long term contract: they may not survive

1) Very rude to customers. They repetitively double check your membership card even though there is no way to enter the gym without scanning your membership card. They treat customers as if they are middle school or high school kids. 2) After about two years with them, my younger brother tried to cancel his membership because he became infantryman in the US Army. The bally store customer service representatives rejected his cancelation saying such is not a valid reason for cancellation because such clause is not found in the... read more

Modest gym but offers a wide variety of gym services, classes, child care, pool and sauna and much more. Much better then two places in Riverdale and Yonkers. For 20$/month you can't complain.
