Excellent care and service. Friendly and understanding staff. They make a serious effort to keep you comfortable and pain-free. The best experience I have ever had at a dentist's office.

As always my experience with Ballwin Dental Care was a good one. I broke a tooth about 11:30 am and immediately called the office. I was in the dental chair by 2:30 and Dr. Dan and Karen took very good care of me. I was somewhat stressed because I was angry with myself that it broke and apprehensive of the upcoming possible pain involved with fixing it. My fears were unfounded because both Dr. Dan and Karen worked quickly, with little pain, to prep the tooth for a temporary crown. I'll be good as new next week when I get the... read more

The office is very well managed. There is great communication and feedback both with appointment scheduling and the explanations provided on your dental condition. They are also very good about giving suggestions on how to improve. I had a bad experience years ago at another dentist with a cleaning and I must say at Ballwin Dental the hygienists are excellent. Great cleaning and very gentle touch. I would highly recommend Ballwin Dental.

My daughter had her first teeth cleaning and it was the best experience for her and mom. The staff was super friendly and enthusiastic towards my daughter. The hype, gifts and friendliness put her at ease seeing all the cleaning tools and equipment. Tiffany (the hygienist) is a saint!

My experience was great, as always. Everyone is always so pleasant. Debbie was very friendly and very gentle. That is a big plus with me because of my sensitive teeth. She kept asking if I felt okay and if she was hurting me. I love you guys and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
