As always, from start to finish, this routine visit with Tammy, the hygienist proceeded smoothly and uneventful (my favorite). I was greeted warmly when I entered through the office doors. Angie, Sharon and Jeannie greeted me warmly. Tammy escorted me (on time) to the examination room. We discussed in detail any changes in my medications and my overall health since my last visit. Each time I come in to ballwin dental care I feel like I have known you all for years and you treat me like family. I feel that my safety and well being is always put first.
Both my husband and I were pleased meeting the staff and appreciated the quality work, friendliness, and thoroughness of our initial dental evaluation and cleanings. The equipment was quiet and efficient and my husband felt no discomfort when he was worked with. He really appreciated Debbie and was very comfortable with the whole practice there. Glad we have joined you.
I give the cleaning 5 stars. The hygienist was amazing and taught me how to clean my teeth better. She gave me suggestions. It was very helpful and I feel confident in my ability to care for my teeth now.
