I had to have a leaky filling replaced and the experience was fine. Dr. Kim and staff made sure I was comfortable - even offering a movie while the numbing took hold. The procedure was quick and painless -- all done within about 45 minutes (most of that time was waiting for the numbing - and watching a DVD movie). The staff is always friendly and after being a patient of Ballwin Dental for 40 years, they know me and we enjoy a quick visit before I head home.
I had a wonderful experience!!! I usually dread going to the dentist but everyone here was so nice and so welcoming! They even gave me a little tour and a welcome gift with a tumbler and mints etc. It was so nice. They really take the time to get to know you. I was immedialty calm. Today was my first appointment with Ballwin Dental Care; it was for a tooth extraction and scheduled for 1:00 PM. I am a person who has a phobia about going to dentists. Jeannie called me at 10:05 AM, and said I could come in now if I wanted to. Considering I was sitting around worrying about my appointment, which is totally unproductive, and Jeannie's urging that "I could get it over with now", I agreed. This is my first visit to Ballwin Dental. Prior dental practice Woods Mill Dental was closed by providers after 20 years. Referred to Ballin Dental by my son Matthew Dickey. Was completely satisfied with reception, hygienist and dentist. Very professional and attentive to my dental needs. Will be back 3/28/18 for next sixth month cleaning and oral evaluation. Thank you
I lost part of a filling yesterday while brushing my teeth. The filling was over 15 years old. I called the office and although Dr Dan was the only dentist in the office that afternoon and booked solid they got me in within 3 hours. He and his assistant were very professional, friendly, caring and thorough. I've been a patient for over 20 years and have had a LOT of work done and have never had a bad experience. All the people are top notch including the reception and office staff.
EXCEPTIONAL!!!! My previous 30 plus years of 6mt check ups were good from other Dental Group, however not even close to the initial and consistent professionalism shown to me by each Ballwin Dental Team member today. Outstanding!! I commend you on use of current dental technology for your patients.

I brought my 4 year old daughter with me to get my teeth cleaned - I was worried she was going to get in the way, but Debbie and Dr. Kim were wonderful with her. She was full of questions and they patiently explained and showed her what they were doing in my mouth. It was a fun learning experience for her. It made it so much easier to take her back to get her teeth cleaned the following week. They are friendly, professional and make the trip to the dentist easy and relaxing.
