Staff were great, both front desk and the clinical folks. Upon entering, you are taken on a tour of the place before you even do any paperwork. No immediate clipboard and request for insurance cards and IDs. I was very comfortable the whole time. They have drinks and snacks for patients and a "comfort" menu where you can order headphones, blankets, etc. No comments for improvement at this time.
The staff is extremely friendly. They seem to have all of the newest technology for dental care. They take their time to ensure all questions are answered.

Dr Kim Simonds has done many crowns for me. Always very skilled, attentive to comfort and detail.
