I sincerely mean this that from the moment i walked in everyone was so nice. My situation was different so when i called and explained they automatically gave me an appointment. These people just keep getting better and better! How is that possible? I have been going to Ballwin dental care for over 30 years now. They seem to stay up-to-date with the latest technology, while providing a warm, friendly environment, with quality dentistry, and great patient-centered care! My hygienist, Tammy, is amazing, and so is Dr Kim!!
I went in for a consultation and got honest, straight forward answers to questions about a complicated dental situation. Everyone was friendly and professional. I left feeling I could trust them with my dental care.
I came in with a horrendous toothache as a first time patient. My visit was fantastic, starting with the front desk staff who greeted me with smiles and a gift bag. The gave me a quick tour of the office and sat me in the waiting room where i could help myself to coffee, tea or water. My experience with Dr. Dan was fabulous. He was aware of my anxiety with dentistry and offered me several options of service to make me the most comfortable. Everyone there was amazing. So glad I found my new dental office!
