tell you tax and tags included with down payment, when tags are suppose to be in ball park auto will tell you they haven't come in yet wich was 53 days for me! eneded up never coming in so i had to go to the dmv myself and pay again for my tax and tags. jerks up there only care about money not buisness

Ballpark is the place to go to buy a car!! Very nice cars with great prices. I bought my car and came home and realized some things needed to be fixed and called them up and they are fixing the problems at no cost to me! I bought my 2008 Ford Escape from here a few years ago. I'm usually hesitant when purchasing used cars from a used car lot, since I've been burnt before. However, this was a excellent experience as my father in law said it would be. The day I went to go get it they replaced the motor mount saying they noticed something, that me nor my father in law noticed.
