John is one of the nicest people that I've encountered in a very long time. From him remembering names and faces to the complete honesty in conversation...great great customer service!
We have been very pleased the past 4 years renting from John and the Ballo team. John is always very responsive and has always been receptive to any fixes or repairs that have been needed. He is a good guy who cares about his properties and tenants. I would recommend renting from Ballo or using the team to buy property.
