HORRIBLE, the dentist does not use anything to numb you for fill-ins, which I had two already. I didn’t know numbing was supposed to be used until I spoke to friends and family, because I’ve never had cavities. It was like torture hearing people around in the same pain I was in she told me it’s worse for her than it is for me, so I need to sit still a whole drill to my tooth, and it’s worse for her ? This is the worst dentist office we have ever been to. Horribly unprofessional, rude, non-communicative... The list goes on. Save yourself and your family and don't let these people touch your face! STAY AWAY!

I went in October 2019 to get a cleaning, they took x-rays and said they’d need to confirm with my insurance for a cleaning, and they would call me in two weeks. That time passed so I called numerous times between Oct till Dec, never received a call back. Went in today Feb 3, 2020 to ask for my X-rays to see another dentist. The receptionist was nice, but the office manager wouldn’t even come to speak with me. Horrible customer service. Take your business else where. I also formally complained to my insurance.
