The staff was friendly however, they did not complete the services we discussed. When I picked up my car they reported completing an inspection would not sign off of the docention that was supplied due to "the car has rust". The car in question was a 2007 Mustang from Minnesota. Of course, this car has rust!! I dis not get a call to discuss this while my car was at the shop, I was not offered a discount, I also was not offered a solution or referral to a shop that could complete this request. Hello, after reviewing the paper work that the customer wanted to have signed off on and inspected for the BMW Car Club of America driving event, we did not feel comfortable or justifiable in signing off on a long liability waiver (which I would be glad to upload for BBB purposes), on a 2007 Ford Mustang that had years of rust and has spent it's whole life in Wisconsin and Minnesota (and was the first time ever in our shop I believe). The waiver had 22 items to be inspected and we did not believe that we could "certify that ... read more
