RecommendedGreat customer service! I ordered (2) connectors, but realized I could go with a cheaper option (w/o pigtails). I requested Ballenger to send the cheaper connectors, but we'll just call it even. They insisted that they credit me the difference. This company is awesome and communication is one of the best that I've had the pleasure to do business with.

Item got “lost” called and I was told that I needed to just wait because it is 5PM and he doesn’t work Saturday. I wouldn’t buy from this seller as he was not helpful at all. Didn’t even offer to call and track the package.
