I have made two different purchases from this shop via 1-800-Flowers and both times I have been entirely ripped off. The first time I purchased a bouquet with a large "treat basket". It was supposed to have Godiva chocolates, smoked salmon, crackers, cheeses, candies, etc. Total was $198.26. The basket was fat free brownies, old Christmas candy, crushed pb&crackers, and vienna sausages. It was disgusting. The owner, Rosemary, is a known cheapskate and ripoff champion. I ordered flowers and a 20inch bear and had it delivered to my wife. I used 1800flowers and i guess they went through Ballards shop. Well the owner Rosemary delivered the flowers personally but she didn't deliver the bear. I called and asked her and she swore up and down she left it at my house. I knew she didn't so I pulled up our security cam and it shows clearly her getting out and walking to the door with no bear. It is clear as day.
