Hey guys, if you can pick another place to move, do so. It’s too much trying to live in this community and you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere. The HOA is very strict and it’s not worth it. Feels like you’re being heavily monitored over here. Been living here for about a year, still waiting on pool passes.
