First of all, you had me fill out paperwork as if I were a new patient there making an initial visit and you knew nothing about me. I had done a sleep study there and you already had all the information I was providing, again. I was there to set up my Inspire device so this paperwork was a redundant repeat of information and really a waste of time. I wasn't there looking for answers. The staff was professional in carrying out their responsibilities. Prior to and during the tests they made my wife comfortable. However after the completion of the tests they made several comments that the results and the system used to correct the medical problem sometimes may not be effective. This made my wife ask the question: If the testing and or system used may not be effective, why are we going through all of these procedures? I do not think these comments were helpful or necessary.
