As much education as it takes to become a doctor, I don't understand how one can still be so ignorant. As a minor (16), my experience with Dr. Anderson really startled and concerned me. As soon as he found out I was vegan, he refused to believe my issues were anything but related to a nutritional deficiency, and because I did not have nerve issues in my legs, which I would have also had if I truly had a deficiency, he told me my results were "inconclusive" and that I needed to see a psychiatrist. After seeing the reviews I was quit nervous for my son's appointment, but from the time we walked in the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. We saw Susan Schreiber for this appointment and she was wonderful, she went over everything and allowed me to ask any questions I had!
Missed work and school, drove 1.5 hours. Took sweet time filling out paperwork. Then was told they wouldn't see us. Didn't expect anything better from a Ballad facility. Won't be back.
My daughter was diagnosed with epilepsy. Also diagnosed with non epileptic seizures, just over 2 years ago. If I could give negative stars I would. His bedside manner is horrible. Yelled at her, and called me a bad mom because I gave my daughter doughnuts as a treat for breakfast. Since that day every time Anderson walked in the room she directly went into seizures. We changed her neurologist immediately and DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM!!!!!!!!!!
Last year I was on my way to my daughter’s appt which is a 35 min drive there and called to let them know I was running behind. The receptionist informed me if we were 15 mins or more later she could not be seen. We got there to check-in 12 mins past her appt. and was told the physician already informed them when we came that she could not be seen.
