Been going to Acura since 8 years, my family bought 3 cars from Ruben Armas. Best customer service we ever gotten. Give them props for the hard work dedication they go thru. The waiting room is always looking neat and clean. The restrooms are always clean. I have been impressed with the knowledge with Ruben Armas and his team. Thank you for everything. I was pressed for time, so I came in at 1545, no appointment,15 minutes until their cut off time, on a Friday afternoon, for an oil change, instead of the complete A12 maintenance service. Ernie met me, told him what I needed, but since it's late in the afternoon, I'd be happy to come back another time for the rest of the A 12 service. He looked at Mr. Parker, who in turn gave him a thumbs up for the complete A 12. I was out of there in an hour or so, my car washed and A 12 completed. They made my day and my weekend.
