I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS REAL ESTATE. The worst real estate experience ever, especially as a first-time buyer. I met Kim Smith in January 2021, and I was pleased with her at first. I was trying to move from Maryland to Fort Lauderdale in April 2021. I made a couple of trips between January and April; what she showed me was not within my budget, but I found a beautiful condo in March that was priced right for me.
