RecommendedGreat people got me into a financed vehicle i wanted and out of a lease that wasnt working out. Between the sales manager the finance manager and the salesman they all did great. Highly reccomend them. See bryan jones for a vehicle hes great.

I brought my 2016 Toyota Tacoma there for service/recall work.Ryan Adams was excellent. All work was done perfect and in a timely manner.I was treated like gold.I highly recommend you see Ryan because this is where good people make the difference.I first tried a Toyota dealership closer to my house who told me about the recall work ,never got back to me .I called them and got the run around with a promise of a “call back”.Again Ryan took me in Immediately worked hard for me,all work was done with no issues,my truck came back... read more

When I went to sign the docs, the finance manager was "too busy" to explain my contract to me, rushed me, signed me up for extra addons I did not approve, then esigned my name without my consent to the documents that I did not get a chance to review nor approve. I did manage to get them to cancel the deal but I have reached out multiple times to try and get written proof it had been voided but no returns to my emails nor voice-mails. I was hesitant to come back after my last service appointment, but Dillon was phenomenal and the reason why I will return. Instead of just telling me what needs to be completed, he brought me a list of every suggestion and the price for each. I wish that I could request Dillon every time!

I went there because of emails sent to me and Toyota tv commercials. When I went there they knew nothing about theses deals and responded that they did not have that model. They tried to get me to purchase a vehicle at at much higher cost. I guess they do not have internet or tv service. I went to Smithfield Toyota where I purchased my vehicle
