Amazing experience at Balise Toyota yesterday! Keith was spectacular and helped us get out of a tough spot with our trade in and put my husband in his favorite Toyota!! The people that work the parts department look like they don’t really enjoy their job at all. I barely see them there when I need parts and they always have this “I don’t care” look on their face. I don’t know if they’re not getting paid well or don’t have enough employees. but it’s every single time for the past 6 years of coming here.
I enjoyed a very good, positive buying experience with Sales rep Jonathan Peniche. The car that I chose was well explained and the buying process was made very pleasant by the knowledgeable young man who help me.
