The staff at Balin are so incredibly lovely and reassuring. All of my questions were answered, and I never felt rushed during my visits. Dr. Balin was professional and explained each step of the process before and during the procedure. I’ve worn glasses for over thirty years and to suddenly be able to see clearly without them is amazing.
Great experience. Very thorough exam leading up to LASIK surgery. Day of the surgery was a non event, very easy procedure; no pain! I would highly recommend this procedure. Excellent doctors and staff. 👍👍

I had Dr Nancy Balin perform the lasik procedure, done last week. I've worn glasses since 2 years old. I have never been able to have vision this clear, 20/15. I simply cannot express how impressed I am with the whole process. It was the entire staff as well as Nancy that calmed the anxiety of the surgery and possible risks I had. Thanks again, Nancy, Diane, Janet, Meghan, and all the others who I forgot your names, sorry.
