Although I’ve been a loyal customer of Bali Nails for several years, today was my final visit. I’ve overlooked a handful of minor issues over the years because my usual technician is extremely talented, but today’s appointment was by far the most disappointing nail salon experience I’ve ever had. Tech cut along the sides of my big toe and I’m in so much pain as a result.
Sky was a wonderful technician. She was thorough and friendly. I had a relaxing appointment at Bali nails. Highly recommend!
Simple request of white with black polka dots, ended up being sloppy and the nail tech caught an attitude over the shade of white and when advised that one of my nails were cut slanted and not straight. This was my second time and will be my last.
