This is horrible company. I can’t count how many times I was left without gas during the winter because they didn’t have enough workers. I was billed outrageous amounts. They never came to read my meter personally just “estimated” how much I owed them. The personel is rude and literally hung up on me when is asked for proof for the fees I owed. I’m out of this company and URGE you to not become of this companies scamming, understaffed, over priced, and just overall grossly negligent company.
AMERIGAS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, I PAID CASH FOR PROPANE JANUARY THE 3RD, WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ABOUT 1-11 OR 1-12 HERE IT IS 1-17 STILL NO DELIVERY, CALLED THEM AND THEY DIDN,T KNOW WHEN IT WOULD BE DELIVERED, I,M GOING TO HAVE TO FINE A NEW SUPPLY COMPANY. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF EVERYTIME IT GET A ORDER THE PRICE IS UP, ITS ALREADY GONE UP IN A YEARS TIME OVER 100%
For some reason Amerigas South Westerlo NY office stopped delivering propane to my house. I was told 3 weeks in a row I was on the list. I guess it was the do not deliver list. When the tank got to below 10% I called a competitor on a Sunday morning and received a delivery within 2 hours. Stay away from these guys.
The customer service is horrible. They always want to charge an extra $200 for a delivery to get it there by a certain day. It was cheaper for us to break the contract and have another company bring us a new tank and propane the next day versus pay the extra $200. We have had nothing but problems with this company.
On 01/04/2018 Sales #8046 , net delivery 180.5 , ticket #**SSN** ,Truck # 314128. Customer : Laborde D*****/ Young Judy . That day the price of 1gal was $1.8003 . And today 01/11/2018 I receive the bill dated 01/04/2018 was charge at $ 1.8203. There is no Integruity from that company (AmeriGaz ) There is any suggestion about that problem?
I have had extremely negative service from the Goldsboro NC location of AmeriGas. They are unresponsive when you try and work with customer service even though they charged me $1.57 more per gallon for LP than they quoted. Quoted:$1.99 a gallon, billed $3.56 a gallon. They were cheaper at first but burned me in the end! The next closest gas company to me was delivering at $2.03 the same day. They said I could buy my tank then changed their mind. These people are crooks
Steer clear of this company. Their customer service is deplorable. I've left 3 messages requesting to know when my next delivery is scheduled. No call back. I checked their website - my account - all it says is delivery pending. I have, at this point, between 20 - 25% gas left in my tank and this will probably be gone by next week. This is the worse company ever. I would continually get billed an outrageous amount and have had to call them every time to get the price adjusted. On 12/18/17 I called because I was smelling gas and got a voicemail. I left a message and got a call back the next day. I informed the girl that I was smelling gas and that I also needed a refill. She asked me how much I had and I said about 20%. They sent a repair guy out same night to fix the gas leak (the only good thing they did) and supposedly scheduled a propane deliver. On... read more
My experience with this company is very negative. If there was another gas company that I could use, I would in a heartbeat. For the last two yrs they have not read my meter 6-7 months consecutively from may-nov. roughly. Management is very unprofessional. Had new gas water heater installed two yrs ago so I’m stuck using gas. If I had know Heritage propane was changing to this company I would have installed electric water heater.
