He has a 60 day sell your home guarantee. That is misleading and a lie. If he can't sell your home in 60 days he lowers his commission a little bit.... Very unfortunate that he makes these claims in his marketing. He may be a great realtor, however my first impression was rude when I called him out on his false claim. He even hung up on me!
