On January 11th my precious 91 yr old grandmother was rushed to the ER from her nursing home and we were told she was dying. Two of the sweetest young men came to transport her. Jeff came in & even though she was in a coma he talked to her telling her everything they were doing calling her sweetheart the whole time. Once they got her into the nursing home he hugged us all telling us how sorry he was. I just wanted to let y'all know what a compassionate young man y'all have working for you & to say thank you.
I can truly say that I have met the rudest, money hungry company in my life. I had to use this outfit to transport my wife from Christus Schumpert Highland Hospital to Conerstone Hospital. Their charge was right at $1,900.00. Then I had to use this same outfit to transfer her to Minden Medical in Minden, LA. They wanted their money upfront. I said I would pay the driver when we arrived in Minden. They said NO! They want their money prior to services render which is wrong.
