Horrible company! I had to cancel 2 of my sister’s appointments because they failed to puck her up stating they didn’t receive some type of paperwork. We were not informed that they were not coming. For the Third scheduled transport the driver was called by the supervisor and was told to leave now whether my sister had seen the doctor or not. Mind you, this transport was scheduled a week in advance. They wanted them to do another transport and leave us AND take the stretcher my sister was on. I will NOT use them in the futur... read more
Took great care transporting my family from Shreveport to Marshall. Would use them again. The young lady and young man were professional and very sweet.
Ambulance driver parked on the side in a spot big enough for 3 cars but backed up so close to me I couldn’t get out. I was there to pick up my husband at the main entrance of the hospital. He’s rude!!!
I called Ballentine to take my mom to WK Pierremont. Mom was terrified to leave and to go to the hospital. The EMTs who came were AMAZING and so compassionate! They reassured her through the process.
When your loved one needs to be transported across the street for his appointment, yet they take all day. The hospital calls them several times to hurry up, yet they're out on holiday doing God knows what!
