I was traveling to Little Rock last Friday, 9/4/15. The air conditioner in my 2002 Chevy truck got to where it wasn't cooling well about half way from Crossett to Little Rock. I decided to go by Bale Chevrolet when my wife and I got to town. It was about 1:30pm. I did not have an appointment but Bale Chevrolet but they said they could take my truck back to the service department in about 30 minutes. They found the problem with air conditioner and made the necessary repairs while we waited. Thank you Bale Chevrolet!
We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Bale Chevrolet today. We took a couple of vehicles out for test rides and left the dealership to look at another vehicle but we came back to Bale and made the purchase on a Malibu. The customer service was AMAZING and the staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to assist in any way.
