We drove 45 minutes to see a truck that was already sold. They had told us it would be ready and at the front when we got there. We waited and waited. Went and got the salesman and he demanded to look at our vehicle first, keep in mind he still hasn't mentioned the vehicle we came to look at was sold. Horrible customer service! Lost our business for any future deals!
I was recently notified of a recall and went in for service. Customer service in the whole dealership as well as the service department is above and beyond any other dealership I have ever dealt with. Thank you!
Bale has been top notch and professional in every dealing I've had with them. Their service department went over and above to take care of me several years ago so I came back to Bale for my next vehicle. They took care of me, worked with me, and gave me a great deal on my new car as well as my trade in. Antoine did an exceptional job taking care of my needs and I highly recommend requesting him. Mark, in the finance department, really went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. I'll definitely be coming back.
Well I had my first experience will Bale and all I have to say is great things!! I needed service on my gmc and the guys in the service dept were very respectful and tentative!! I was in and out and feel like I received a very good deal!! Overall my problem no longer exists and I will definitely go back to Bale in the future!!! Special thanks to Dave Brahler!!!!
