Everyone was really nice and went out of their way to get me and my wife the best deal possible. James Kaiser (salesman), truly a great guy. Started working with me at 8:00 am before he even clocked in to work, and due to some scheduling issues we were not able to get back until late that afternoon, but he didn't give up on us. He stayed in contact and went out of his way to make sure we got the car. Best experience I have ever had at a new and used dealership. Thumbs up to James.
Bought a truck back in May, brought it in to have some repairs done. Was told by Paul in service that it was a rear end problem and that they could not service it or fix it bc it was a dodge. That dodge requires special tools to even take the cap off the rear end. Paul said for me to come and get my truck to take it somewhere else to get it fixed... I purchased my new 2016 Chevy Sonic from Bale Chevrolet and I have to say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience ever. I was greeted at the door by Mr. Curtis Earp [salesperson] and he helped me through the entire process and never pressured me.All my questions were answered truthfully and timely. I was afforded the courtesy and respect due a person in the purchasing process.Thanks Bale Family -I will be back-Great pricing and easy financing.
The service department took 1 week to decide that my brake light stayed on and cause the car not to shift out of park. Then charged me $217 to install a battery with a 30 month warranty. I may be a female, but I am not stupid and don't appreciate being taken advantage of. I will never be back.
