I can’t say enough great things about my landlord Phillip! He truly goes above and beyond for his residents, making sure that any concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. Every repair request is handled by the next day, and he’s always communicative, responsive, and willing to help with any asks. When I had an issue with my account, he personally advocated for me. It’s rare to find a landlord who helps, and it makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

One of the best apartments I’ve lived in, the area is walkable with plenty of spots nearby, building is secure as well as quiet, and with unique-detailed architecture. The resident manager is very efficient and reliable.
