I could not be happier with my choice of apartment within Los Angeles! The location is extremely convenient for exploring the greater West Los Angeles area, the neighbors are friendly, and the up to date amenities/emphasis on the safety for myself and fellow residents had been exceptional. I can’t say enough great things about my landlord Phillip! He truly goes above and beyond for his residents, making sure that any concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. Every repair request is handled by the next day, and he’s always communicative, responsive, and willing to help with any asks. When I had an issue with my account, he personally advocated for me. It’s rare to find a landlord who helps, and it makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
