Baldwin Park is the best neighborhood that I have ever lived in. Exceptional people, excellent schools, diversity, shopping, dining, and beautiful parks.
People need to watch their dogs little more closely. Had to call police because of a very aggressive dog, and nowhere owner. I'm glad I took a picture of the dog in action. Haven't gone back.
I'm an African American Vietnam Era Female veteran. I participated in the "Walk for Veterans with Breast Cancer" in Baldwin Park Sunday November 15. As I was looking at my cellular phone GPS at a stop sign, a white lady (I use the term "lady" loosely) and her dog stepped into the crosswalk. She yelled some very nasty profane words at me and I said to her "I am sorry I didn't see you". She then yelled "just get the hell out of here.
