they treat this place as if you are renting an apartment just for a parking space full rental application its beyond ridiculous Ive been full timing 6+ years never seen such nonsense . We don't RV to deal with this nonsense . They make you pay a fee for a app check lol ,( for a parking spot lol ) so many other professional RV parks that no how to run a park around the area save yourself the trouble or just rent an apartment for the same hassle
