Such an awesome experience every time I go. On my third car and they do all my service work.
After being Sexually harassed by service advisor and turning him down my car mysteriously had a supposed radiator leak.. (I have since taken the vehicle to 3 other places to have pressure test done one of them another Subaru dealership...no leak by all 3) I feel like he was angry and tried to take advantage of me wanting to keep my vehicle properly maintained... Unethical and unprofessional ... Not to mention that the owner and GM seemed to think that it was no big deal...
you guys are scum - I would NEVER recommend you unethical liars to anyone -my sister took her car in for preventative maintenance and - your service tech - started sending her inappropriate texts - she reported it to his MANAGER and the OWNER but instead of handling the situation in a professional manner - they decided it would be better to try and take advantage of her and rip her off. YOUR SERVICE TECH IS A LIAR - I would never buy a car - hell I wouldn't let you idiots fix my lawnmower!!!!
Great local dealership! They made buying my new car (after almost 10 years) an easy process. Everyone was helpful and friendly! Looking forward to doing future business with them.
