Out of many terrible Subaru dealership I been to in a few state this is the only one who has great customer service. Service tech Kenneth is on point instead of pointing finger on who fault is the car mechanical failure are he looks for ways to help instead of way to make you pay out of pocket. Very good communication skills on update on car he gone far and beyond what I ever expected etc thank you sir for looking into ways to make a customer happy very good experience

I have had Subarus for almost 25 years and Baldwin Motors hands down gives the best customer service. I drive an hour just to have them service my car. I would highly recommend them!
Easy check in, all required maintenance was explained to me, current differential fluid condition brought to me to show what it looked like and what it should look like as well as cabin filter. I was able to conduct business in the business center using the free wi-fi and enjoy a cup of coffee, bottled water and a snack in a comfortable area as well. Car also received a complimentary wash. I left completely satisfied. Coupons were applied to help reduce the final charges.
They took care of me today while my car had some issues. They let me borrow a loaner 💜thanks to them and Subaru customer service 😁😁
I purchased a new 2019 Forester Premium in April from your dealership. My salesperson, Mr. Jake Graffagnini, was wonderful. He worked very hard in locating a Forest for me.
