I love living at Baldwin. Harbor apartments. The property is beautiful, especially the pool area. There are details that make this place special-ice machine, shredder in the mailroom, hand sanitizer in recycle room.
I recently moved in and love it. Great view of the lake and pool. :) I also love most of the leasing staff, Arnaldo, Broc, and the Regional Manager Cathy. They make it a pleasure to live here.
I just recently moved into Baldwin Harbor. The property and amenities are absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail on everything goes without saying. The staff and maintenance here are the ones who really make this place even better! Broc assisted me in finding my perfect apartment. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend meeting with him if you decide to live here! You won't be dissapointed.
This is the nicest apartment in Orlando, not just Baldwin. Driving up it looks like a resort hotel. Amenity space is top notch (I can't wait for the second pool to open). I was only able to see one unit but the finishes were great with Quartz counters and a Nest thermostat.
This property will give new renters an opportunity to come to Baldwin Park. With the current shortage of good rental properties I am excited to say I will be placing a lot of my customers to this new property!!
