Great experience from start to finish with Norm and Baldwin Family Flooring! Norm, the owner, was very prompt, patient while I worked through my decisions, and offered great knowledge and advice when selecting carpet for my bonus room. The installation team also did a great job with both the demo and installation. They were efficient, professional, and completed everything in a timely manner. I’m very happy with the finished product and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Norm and Baldwin Family Flooring!
We dropped in on Norm to look at flooring one day. We were immediately greeted and shown the samples to pick from. Norm came to our home to measure, helped us decide on products to use and had samples sent out to assure we were happy with colors etc. The prices for wood flooring and carpet were great. The installers were prompt, polite and tidy with their work. All in all…a very good experience.
Norm knows his stuff and is very responsive and fair. We had four bedrooms recarpeted and could not be happier with the product he recommended. His team showed up on time and was done that day. We will definitely use Baldwin Family Flooring again!
Norm was initially very responsive, even though I left a message on a holiday! He continued to exhibit a customer-first focus throughout the process. Now we have the carpet we wanted, in the budget we needed! I will promote this business from now!
Wow! Amazing communication and the carpet on our staircases is perfection! Excellent work in other rooms as well! Highly recommend this family-owned business.
