Norm is knowledgable, very responsive and helpful!
Seldom are my expectations exceeded with work done on my quirky old house, but Norm and Marcus and his crew did just that. They anticipated any problems, tore out linoleum on my 40x25 sunroom (circa 1969), leveled the concrete substructure, and put down vinyl plank all in one day. Amazing transformation and job well done.
The team at Baldwin did an amazing job on our new flooring! Definitely recommend for your next project.
