By far the best eye exam that I've ever had. Dr. Scott and staff were great! I have been getting eye exams since I was in middle school and he was the first to discover that I have an astigmatism. He was so thorough and took every step to make sure that my prescription was correct. I highly recommend Baldwin Eye Clinic in Daphne.
Really bad experience with one of the ladies in the office. Will not be back. I can't believe how rude this one person in particular was. Never been treated so badly before.
I went to the Daphne store to look for new eyeglass frames. I was not greeted when I entered by anyone. I wandered around for about 30 minutes looking at frames and no one ever asked me if they could help me or what I needed. I deliberately waited for customer reps to finish with their customers to see if anyone would offer help then. Still no one asked to help me. Terrible customer service. I liked several of the frames but I will not be back!

There hasn't been a good review since December 2016...(they still sucked then) The worst customer service ever!!! I've been with this company for almost 2 years and the staff is all very snotty and rude. It's a shame because the doctor is sweet as can be, but these women on the front are horrible. They all have the worst attitude and just make you feel worse leaving then you did when you came in. They are the same over the phone! I'm done! I can't believe I had the option to get an appointment the next day, how fast they get you in and out of the clinic, and I love that they have the glasses made on site. I got mine in 1.5 hours (usually it takes a week)! And the ladies who help with the glasses ROCK!
