I live in Illinois. BCSS was SO there for me when my beach rental house began having major septic issues. They expedited my service because I had renters at the time. They came out and pumped the septic daily until they could install my grinder pump and connection to the sewer line. They completed all of this with NO inconvenience to the renters. It was so good for them to have my back.
BCSS has the best customer service center. The ladies that answer the phones are so patient and nice. I know they probably get plenty of calls to be unhappy about, but every time I call in they are happy and VERY easy to work with.
We have been customers for about 20 years and BCSS has always been a responsive, customer-focused business.
The staff at BCSS are always so nice and easy to talk with. They answer questions promptly and help in any way they can. Also, I appreciate the tp they throw out to the crowds during parades. 😊
