Having a few years of dealing with this company, to rate this company as poor would be an understatement.Upon first contact, I had the good fortune of not only having the pleasure of paying for an overpriced sewer service, but I was informed for this service I had the privilege of paying a $100 non-refundable 'deposit.'The next notable event was letting the neighborhood generator for the pump run out of fuel several days after a hurricane had damaged the neighborhood.Following up this event was a leaking pipe which created a... read more

Brand new home in Blackstone Lakes. Just moved in, nothing will drain, raw sewage bubbling in my front yard on the grass from the clean out. Called a plumber, said the house was fine. Called BCSS, he came out said there was nothing he could do. He didn’t have time it was 3:36, someone would have to see it tomorrow. When in the hell is it ok to have raw sewage, toilet paper, actual feces in my front yard? I live in a new subdivision with homes coming up everyday. The plumbing isn’t even to code! Hi Maggie, I’m sorry that there is a plumbing issue. I completely understand how stressful that just be. I will look into this in the morning and get more information on the circumstances. Just to give you some background information, BCSS doesn’t install the main sewer infrastructure and service lines in new subdivisions, and we don’t install plumbing. As a utility company, BCSS doesn’t monitor plumbing code or home inspections, but the sewer infrastructure in developments are supposed to meet our standard specifications. W... read more

Jason and Chad came out per appointment to pump our septic tank; but, after opening and checking levels, they said it wasn't necessary and recommended waiting until some later time. After that, they did a lot of work to help me and my wife troubleshoot some issues that motivated us to schedule the service in the first place. They dug holes, ran snakes, crawled under the house, and took time to explain everything to us. They probably spent 2 hrs at our place. After which, they said there was no charge! Blown away!
