Not be so much of a Monopoly. Cost does to represent the service they provide. We are here 6 months of the year and we pay the same as someone who is here 12 months of the year. Plus there are only 2 of us. We pay the same as a 10 person family! Need to peg rates to water used like everyone else in the country.
Being new to the area, I wasn't looking forward to the process of running down all the utilities. BCSS was awesome, friendly staff, great service, always there when we need them.
We have never had a grinder before this house, so when it quit working we called a plumber who gave us a VERY high estimate. We then called BCSS who provides our service. They were out the next morning, repaired it for $150....and we're super nice. Make them your first call.
BCSS is great for several reasons. First when we bought our house, we needed a new pump. BCSS came out and took care of the job right away. They were able to set us up on a plan that fit our budget and we've not had any issues. Second, they are so connected to the community. They came to my kids' school and set up their misting blowup, so our kids could cool off during end of school events. Thanks BCSS!!!
We are very happy with their service and are soon to have another hookup with them. Appreciate the financing program. Great service and good company to work with!
