I brought my car in with a severe coolant leak. They tested it and told me everything was fine. I drove all the way back to NYC and took it to a different dealership a week later. I had $5000 worth the replacement hoses and labor that they did not catch. I was charged $200 for a diagnosis fee and called them 8 times to get a refund and was told Steve would return my call every time. Steve never called me back, this place is a joke and the customer service is terrible.

I walked into Bald Hill dealership to begin my research for a pre-owned Jeep. Louie Ruggeri greeted me asked if he could help and invited me to sit down in his cubicle. He offered me a cold bottle of water while I said “this is my first day in the search and to go easy on me”. He smiled and said “let’s see how we can find”. Had Mike Mardo as my salesperson. He was excellent to deal with, and made my experience quick and easy. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to purchase at Bald Hill. Hopefully when my lease is up in 4 years he will be there for my return business
