So i just purchased a 2018 Ram 1500 the dealer ship had plenty of stock and was very helpful sales person was very knowledgeable about stock and product we got the deal down in good time they where fair with trading price of my old truck and we closed the deal when i go pick up the truck the fiance manager tries to give me 4.9 interest rate needless to say i have a 800 plus credit score i was not happy about that they used some credit union which all most made me walk away from the deal that made me feel like i was taken adv... read more
Bait and switch dealership buyer beware!! I swapped messages with Rami Rouchdy the GM, Tara Evangelista and Kiana Welder, on a Ram truck that was being advertised on their website and on cargurus. It was suddenly unavailable when i wanted to see it. 10 days later its still for sale on the same websites, but when i enquire again its still not for sale, but funny old thing they do have other cars. Not an honest dealership, take my advice and stay away
Great experience! Charlie was amazing! He listened to exactly what I was looking for and what I was working with budget wise, and found me a beautiful Jeep! Rami in finance was fantastic as well. It was the end of the work day on a Saturday and never did I feel rushed. I highly recommend Bald Hill Jeep and Charlie!!!
