We own an old Victorian house in Old Louisville. I was given a referral by our architect that restoration of old gutter boxes is a specialized skill and that I should use Balcor. From the time I first signed the contract until the work was done was over a year due to them being backlogged and supply chain issues. These folks have worked on my roof and my clients’ roofs for decades. High-quality work all the way. Great service all the way. Never the cheapest. Maybe even more expensive than the rest, but I would go nowhere else. I will not let anyone else on my roof even to do work on other parts of it.

Terrible, DO NOT USE. After a $7,500 job to fix roof and downspout, the downspout had broken after a few years at a seam and caused damage to our exterior AND interior walls while we were away - potentially creating mold. It will required new plaster, tuckpointing and painting to fix it. When we first called, they came right away (Matt, who was nice and seemed like he was going to fix it for us) and he said he would fix it that day or the next.
